Cooking instructions
For best results oven cook from chilled.
Remove all packaging.
Preheat oven to 180C / Fan 160C/ Gas 4 and preheat frying pan. Heat 5ml of vegetable oil in pan, add meat and approximately 400g of sliced root vegetables. Cook until meat is brown on all sides.
Next pop into a heatproof casserole dish, add 450ml beef stock, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover and pop into a preheated oven for 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours or alternatively over a low heat on the hob for 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. Remove from stock and serve.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its natural colour within 2 to 3 mins of opening.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
